prof. Janis Teivans-Treinovski, vice-rector Daugavpils University  (Latvia), legal scientist.

prof. Tornike Shurgulaia, Georgian intelligence and security expert, academic, and author who servesas the founder and president of the Thomas Jefferson Research Center (TJRC). He is also known for hiswork with the PhD Club of Georgia and as a Global Advisory Council Member of the World Leaders Consortium.

prof. Marcin Kęsy, economist and management specialist, received an honorary doctorate from the Berezhany Agrotechnical Institute (Ukraine)

dr Paweł Terpiłowski, Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kyiv.

Agnieszka Romaszewska, Polish journalist and expert on Eastern Europe. During the communist era, she was an activist in the democratic opposition. In 2007, she founded Belsat TV, an independent television station for Belarus.

dr Łukasz Kutyło, sociologist, specialist in social changes in Eastern Europe.

dr Oktawia Braniewicz, specialist in international law.
